Language models do the reading; a separate set of mathematical models, trained on resolved cases, produces the prediction. The deliverables empower users to optimize claim resolution processes and outcomes, while achieving inter-organization consistency and enhancing the organizational knowledge base.
Why we built this.
Canotera was founded on the belief that dispute resolution remains one of the major insurance processes driven largely by human judgment, fragmented information, and limited analytical rigor. The resulting inefficiencies — claims leakage, extended resolution timelines, poor customer experiences, and inaccurate risk pricing — carry substantial costs for both insurers and insureds. The opportunity of closing this gap with technology has never been more promising, and we at Canotera are excited about driving this change.
